Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To allow a physically handicapped person or an old person to be held in a standing up position and to freely move in the room by making a seat body as a saddle type so that one can walk with riding on it, by providing a base frame so that it does not prevent walking, and by providing a hand rail so that its height can be adjusted to the seat body. CONSTITUTION: A base frame 1 is composed so that the rear ends of side frames 2a and 2b are connected and fixed to a rear frame 3 to form shaped structure viewed from the above, and caster type wheels 4 are provided at the base frame 1 to allow the base frame to move freely. A lifting mechanism 7 is composed of a gas spring 8 in which the bottom end is attached to a fixed support 5 and the top end is attached to a movable support 6. A seat body 10, which is supported at the top end of a seat support arm 11, is formed like a bicycle saddle so that one can ride on it. Hand rails 12 are attached at the both ends of a hand rail support member 13 which is formed in U shape structure viewed from the above, and the hand rail support member 13 is provided with an external pipe 14 which is attached to an inner pipe 15 so that the hand rail support member 13 can be freely adjusted its height.
