description | PURPOSE: To perform ventilation air-conditioning which is suited to a property of a room and is well balanced. CONSTITUTION: A ventilating section 1 having a heat exchanging and ventilating function is made adjacent to an air conditioning section 2 for forming a processed air for heating and cooling. The air conditioning section 2 comprises a plurality of air conditioning unitary functioning bodies 9 each composed of a fan 10, a processed air passage 11 and a heat exchanger 12 for air conditioning. An outlet side of an air supply passage 6 of the ventilating section 1 is connected to an inlet side of the processed air passage 11 of a specific functioning body 9, and a room air intake port 13 communicated to an interior of a room and connected to an inlet side of an exhaust passage 4 of the ventilating section 1 and inlet sides of the respective processed air passages 11 of all the functioning bodies 9 is provided between the ventilating section 1 and the air conditioning section 2. The room air intake port 13 is proportionally divided into a portion on a side connected to an air supply passage 6 of the ventilating section 1 and a portion on the other side such that a ratio of the former portion to the latter portion corresponds to a ratio of air quantity, which is obtained by subtracting a quantity of air supply on the ventilating section side from an air quantity being air conditioned, to an air quantity, which is obtained by adding a quantity of exhaust on the ventilating section side to an air quantity being air conditioned. |
