Furthermore, the respective components are preferably blended so as to contain 80-90wt.% component (A), 10-20wt.% component (B) and 0.1-1wt.% component (C) in the composition. A di-(2-hydroxyethyl)alkylamine- based antistatic agent is preferably blended in the composition.
