PURPOSE: To prevent decrease of heating capacity due to blinding of fins of a frosting phenomenon or the like in the first outdoor heat exchanger easily receiving an influence of running air at heating operation time, decreasing cooling power due to reducing a cooling air amount of the second outdoor heat exchanger difficult to receive an influence of the running air at cooling operation time, etc. CONSTITUTION: The fist outdoor heat exchanger 26 is set up in the vicinity of a front grille in an electric vehicle, to perform a heat exchange of a refrigerant by blown air of the first outdoor fan 5 and running air, and the second outdoor heat exchanger 27 connected in series to the first outdoor heat exchanger 26 is set up in a reverse surface part of a hood in the electric vehicle, to perform a heat exchange of the refrigerant by only blown air of the second outdoor fan 6. Decreasing an absorptive heating value in the first outdoor heat exchanger 26 due to frosting at heating operation time is compensated by the second outdoor heat exchanger 27, and decreasing an absorptive heating value in the second outdoor heat exchanger 27 due to decreasing a cooling air amount at cooling operation time is compensated by the first outdoor heat exchanger 26.
