SUPPLY METHOD AND SUPPLY EQUIPMENT OF IRON CORE MATERIAL IN TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE:To supply smoothly and suitably iron core material for winding a core, by arranging a plurality of material fixing stands provided with iron core materials composed of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belts lengthwise and breadthwise, and efficiently laminating a magnetic thin belt rewound from a plurality of the iron core materials. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of material fixing stands 12 provided with iron core materials 11 composed of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belts are arranged in specific locations lengthwise and breadthwise, in the manner in which the rewinding directions of the iron core materials are made identical. Many amorphous magnetic alloy thin belts T led out in the same direction by rewinding them from the material fixing stands 12 are individually bent in the direction rectangular to the leading out direction and led out by conversion rollers 28a-28e. The bent amorphous magnetic alloy thin belts T are individually laminated and multilayered by lamination guide rollers 30a-30e. The multilayered amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt T1 is wound as a wound core.
