The presence of the metal plate 18 in the electrode plate 12 after stacking the metal plate 12 was completed is confirmed with a metal plate presence detecting sensor 10, then the electrode plate 12 is wound in a winding part 2. Working of the electrode plate 12 is continuously conducted. |
