description PURPOSE: To provide a footgear for plaster work which is excellent in stability and the height of which can be changed, according to thickness of mortal. A thin bar 3 is inserted and supported slidably in vertical direction in the hole 2a of the supporting block 2. This footgear is equipped with a position adjusting mechanism 10 which can optionally fix the position of insertion of the thin bar 3. A heel pressing member 7 and right and left fall preventive members 8 are attached on the topside of the board 1. A foot is put on the board 1, and is fixed with a rubber band 6.
