ULTRASONIC WASHER

PURPOSE: To realize both rapid water supply and effective ultrasonic washing. CONSTITUTION: A washer consists of an ultrasonic washing tank 1 and an auxiliary tank 2 in which a washing liquid S to be fed to the washing tank 1 is stored in advance, and it is provided with water supply piping 3 for connecting the auxiliary tank 2 and the washing tank 1 and a water supply pump 4 arranged in a prescribed position of the water supply piping 3 and for feeding the washing liquid S in the auxiliary tank 2 to the washing tank 1. Besides, return piping 5 branching off from the water supply piping 3 on the downstream side of the water supply pump 4 and for returning a part of the washing liquid S flowing in the water supply piping 3 to the auxiliary tank 4, and in this return piping 5, a return path stop valve 6 for opening/closing a flow passage of the return piping 5 is installed.
