The inflow pipe 30 introducing a raw soln. into the raw soln. supply part 7 and a discharge pipe 302 discharging a conc. soln. are fitted to a circulating tank 3 and a liquid circulating process is formed between a membrane device 1 and the circulating tank 3 by the inflow pipe 301 and the discharge pipe 302 and a degassing pipe 303 is attached on the way of the liquid circulating process as a degassing means. By this constitution, the liquid circulation within the tubular membranes is performed without using external power. |
