MEMBRANE TREATMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To perform the liquid circulation within a tubular membrane in low pressure loss at low flow velocity without using a circulating pump by fitting an inflow pipe and a discharge pipe to a circulating tank and circulating a liquid between a membrane device and the circulating tank. CONSTITUTION: An upper support plate 5 and a lower support plate 6 are fitted to a membrane apparatus main body 4 in opposed relationship so that the positions of through holes of them coincide with each other and a raw soln. supply part 7, a filtrate part 8 and a conc. soln. part 9 are demarcated from below and tubular membranes 11 are inserted in the filtrate part 8. The inflow pipe 30 introducing a raw soln. into the raw soln. supply part 7 and a discharge pipe 302 discharging a conc. soln. are fitted to a circulating tank 3 and a liquid circulating process is formed between a membrane device 1 and the circulating tank 3 by the inflow pipe 301 and the discharge pipe 302 and a degassing pipe 303 is attached on the way of the liquid circulating process as a degassing means. By this constitution, the liquid circulation within the tubular membranes is performed without using external power.
