Then the amplitude detection means 58 compares an output of the 1st delay processing means 50 with an output of the 2nd delay processing means 51, the selection means 59 selects the signal HH' of a minimum amplitude and provides an output. Thus, crosstalk and dot disturbance in the vertical non-correlation section are prevented.
