description PURPOSE:To enable various kinds of cargoes to be hanged up, and thereby enhance working efficiency at a loading work site. CONSTITUTION:A hang-up mechanism 3 is provided, which is composed of paired arms 6 and 7 disposed at the opposite positions of a hang-up device main body 2. Each locking mechanism 51 is provided for the respective arms 6 and 7, which makes a locking piece 53 appear/disappear mutually in the opposite directions. A sling 14 is housed in one arm 6. Each moving mechanism 17 is provided for the respective arms 6 and 7, which holds and moves the sling 14. A sling locking mechanism 26 is provided for one arm 6, which locks the rear end section of the sling 14. A sling lock mechanism 33 is provided for the other arm 7, which holds the tip end section of the sling 14 forwarded out of the lower end section by each moving mechanism 17. The respective arms 6 and 7 are connected to the hang-up device main body 2 via each parallel link mechanism 8 which supports the arms in such a manner that the arms can be moved in parallel to the direction normal to the opposite direction, and are also connected thereto in such a manner that they can be rotated in the direction perpendicularly intersected with the opposite direction.
