PURPOSE:To provide a gas cylinder washing apparatus capable of automatically washing. CONSTITUTION:A gas cylinder washing apparatus is constituted of a feed-in side posture altering jig altering a fed-in gas cylinder from an erected posture to a horizontal posture, a cylinder transfer jig taking in the gas cylinder supported in the horizontal posture by the posture altering jig 3 to horizontally feed the same, the brush washing jig 8 and hot water jet pipe 9 arranged above the transfer region of the cylinder transfer jig 1 and a feed-out side posture altering jig 4 arranged at the feed terminal part of the cylinder transfer jig and receiving the gas cylinder transferred in the horizontal posture to alter the same from the horizontal posture to the erected posture.
