Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a multilayer laminate which is most appropriately heat- resistant as an interior finish material for a car, a vehicle or a ship, and has an excellent feel of cushioning. CONSTITUTION: This multilayer laminate is composed of at least, two layers such as a cover skin layer of a thermoplastic elastomer having the Shore hardness of 55 to 96 and a foaming agent obtained by frothing a blend of 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and at least, a radical polymerization acid anhydride, and 0.1 to 40 pts.wt. of an organic thermally decomposable foaming agent.
