Namely, the silane based vulcanizing adhesive 4 is clad on the outside surfaces of the flexible pipe blanks 1, 2 coated with the silane based vulcanizing adhesive 4, by which the flexible pipe blanks are produced and these flexible pipe blanks are put into a heating furnace and are heated for one hour at 110 to 180 deg.C which is the vulcanizing temp. of the rubber material of the sheath tube 3, by which the rubber vulcanization of the sheath tube 3 is effected.
