description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an acceleration state response sensor highly sensitive and compact in size by mounting a blade member on a cylindrical substrate, supporting the substrate by a cup-shaped housing, thereby forming a module directly mounted to a circuit board or the like. SOLUTION: A metallic blade member 24 is fitted to a pin 22 supported by a hole 18a of a substrate 18. The metallic blade member 24 has a source/ plate part 24a, an attachment part 24p and a unit-type elastic beam means 24b extending between the source/plate part 24a and attachment part 24p. The metallic blade member 24 is mounted to the substrate 18, and the source/plate part 24a is set at a selected distance from a detection plate 18b on the substrate. An acceleration state response sensor 10 is disposed in a cylindrical housing 12 which can be directly mounted to a circuit board via a terminal pin or can be provided with a screw member. A slot 24c forms a pair of torsion arms connected to the beam means 24b improving the sensitivity of the blade member 24. |
