Then, the blocks 4, each of which joins metal fitting 7 with both side surfaces 3, are laid out between support sides 16 of post 2 so that the blocks 4 may be fixed with the posts 2. This construction makes it possible to exclude a curing time of mortar by holding the blocks 4 based on a dry method which uses the metal fitting 7 and bolts 9 and enhance productivity and workability as well.
