Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To enhance productivity and workability by joining a plate-like fitment with both side surfaces of a block and engaging a bolt passing through a post with the fitment and holding the block on the post. CONSTITUTION: Two upper and lower horizontal molding holes 5, which extend between both side surfaces 3, are preliminarily formed on a block 4. Holding holes 10, which are aligned with the molding holes 5, are formed on a base material 2 of a fitment 7 while positioning projected parts 11, which fit in fit-in holes 6 installed on the side surfaces 3, are bored and the projected parts 11 are fitted in the fit-in holes 6, thereby positioning the fitment with high accuracy. Then, the blocks 4, each of which joins metal fitting 7 with both side surfaces 3, are laid out between support sides 16 of post 2 so that the blocks 4 may be fixed with the posts 2. This construction makes it possible to exclude a curing time of mortar by holding the blocks 4 based on a dry method which uses the metal fitting 7 and bolts 9 and enhance productivity and workability as well.
