Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make a space factor large, improve a high frequency propagating characteristic, and easily lay a litz wire along a surface of a plate or the like by forming it of a braided wire by knitting plural strands having an insulating layer or strand bundles by intertwisting two or more strands. CONSTITUTION:A strand bundle 2 is composed of stranded wires by intertwisting strands 21 of a large number of polyurethane copper wires, and the strand bundles 2 by intertwisting the plural strands 21 having an insulating layer are braided by 24 pieces into a braided wire. In this case, a cross section presents a hollow cylindrical cross section, and the individual strand bundles 2 are knitted so as to almost uniformly alternate with each other on the center side and the outer peripheral side, and since the mutual strand bundles 2 are sandwiched between each other, a skin effect is sufficiently restrained. Therefore, a high frequency propagating characteristic is improved in the same diameter and the same strand number, and dispersion of various characteristics is almost eliminated. When an insulating axial material 3 of low extensibility is arranged and knitted into a central part of a litz wire 1, a knitting pitch P is stabilized, and the high frequency propagating characteristic can be further improved. A space factor can be made large by flattening work of the wire 1.
