Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To surely degauss a magnetic head in a short time by making flow a prescribed impressed current through the coil of the magnetic head for a prescribed time, making flow an attenuating current through it for a prescribed time, applying attenuating magnetic field to a head core, taking off the head and degaussing it. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic heads 8a-8d are connected freely detachably to the coils 10a-10d of a rotor side of rotary transformers 7a-7d. At this time, an input voltage for a square wave generation circuit 1 is about 7V. When a switch 3 is turned on, a spike like continuous wave C of an impressed current value 1 is impressed from differential capacitors 6a-6d to the coils 9a-9d of the stator side. The impression time T1 is 1-5 seconds. The preferable impressed current value I is 800mA. The impressed current I is controlled by changing applied voltage for a circuit 1 of a degaussing circuit. At this time, the fact that a bias current value is zero, is required. Then, the switch 3 is turned off for two seconds or longer, and magnetization is attenuated, and head core residual magnetism is made zero. The magnetic heads 8a-8d are taken off in the state where the voltage is applied to the degaussing circuit to be degaussed. |
