The equipment number 'BB-CCbb' and the equipment control information are sent from the KSC, and a master controller(MSC) 20 designated by a number 'CC' receives them. The equipment control information is sent from the MSC 20 to a terminal (RS) 20 to perform the transmission/reception of the equipment information between equipment (DV) 20 designated by an equipment 'BB-bb'. The input/output of equipment data is performed between the RS 20 and the DV 20 based on the equipment control information. Equipment data information is sent from the RS 20 to the MSC 20. The equipment data information is sent from the MSC 20 to the KSC with the equipment number. The KSC receives the equipment data information and displays a result.
