GEL PRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To prevent the air bubble of gel from being mixed by flowing gel solution between a pair of glass plates through a spacer, and then placing a weight until the polymerization of gel is completed. CONSTITUTION: First, a lever 3 is erected vertically, a gel producing stand 1 is obliquely set, and a pair of glass plates 4 and 5 which are assembled by placing saran wrapper 2 at the lower portion are placed. The gel solution with a specific concentration being prepared by a beaker 11 is allowed to flow to an area between glass plates 4 and 5 from a recessed portion 8 of the glass plate 4. When the gel solution has been poured to a lower edge, it is wrapped and sealed with the saran wrapper, the lever 3 is set horizontally, and the gel producing stand 1 is set horizontal. Then, the straight-line portion of a shark comb 13 is inserted into the gel. Then, three weights 14 of gallon bottles where water is filled approximately half are placed on the glass plate 4 by placing a cotton sea gull 15 thereunder, and are allowed to stand until the polymerization of gel is completed.
