SOLUTION: (a) Base resin is reactively melted and mixed with a chemical initiator, and a precursor resin cross-linked in a high degree is manufactured by cross-linking the base resin, and this precursor resin has substantially no sol, and contains a uncross-linking part and a cross-linking part, and the cross- linking part contains high density cross-linking microgel particles. (b) The precursor resin cross linked in a high degree of (a) is diluted by melting and mixing the base resin and a toner additive, and a partially cross-linked toner resin is formed, and the toner resin has practically no sol, and contains a straight chain-like uncross-linking part and a cross-linking part, and the cross-linking part contains high density cross-linking microgel particles, and the microgel particles exist by a quantity of about 1 to about 45wt.% of the toner resin.
