In the damping space 63, pressure generated in the damping space 63 on the opening stroke of the valve member 11 acts against the opening stroke of the valve member 11 on a residual stroke of the valve member 11. The preliminary stroke and the residual stroke are clearly regulated in the case of high rotational speeds and full load, and both strokes are separated from each other.
