CHECKDAM PRECAST FORM AND USAGE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To improve workability, to enhance safety and to prevent the infiltration of external rainwater by saving the waste of the labor and time of removing operation, avoiding the generation of a falling accident and eliminating the combination of a scaffolding for operation and a preventive fence for obviating accidents. CONSTITUTION: Forms 1 are formed in a precast concrete integrally molded form, in which a rectangular panel front plate 2 and a rectangular panel rear plate 3 are displaced in the diagonal direction and the panel rear plate 3 is projected in the lower lateral direction, an engaging projecting strip 4 is formed to an upper section at the upper end of the panel front plate 2, and an engaging recessed groove 5 is formed at the lower end of the panel front plate 2. A plurality of fixing reinforcements are protruded from the rear of the panel rear plate 3, and a plurality of connecting bolts are protruded from the rear of the projecting section of the panel front plate 2. Box battens 6 for inserting a plurality of connecting bolts penetrated from a front to the rear are arranged to the lower protruded section of the panel rear plate 3, anchor bolts for clamping the connecting bolts are mounted on the box battens 6, and a cut-off rubber seal 7 is disposed onto the protruded section front of the panel rear plate 3.
