LINE TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To provide a line terminal equipment making an automatic dial originating call by the request from a center side and not calling a received by preventing a bell from ringing for an incoming of the request from the center. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a detection means 20 which detects a silent incoming of the facsimile communication network, automatic dial means 13 or 14 which makes a telephone communication call to the telephone line with the telephone number stored in advance, and line opening means which opens the facsimile communication connection in the lapse of the detection of the silent incoming according to the detection output signal of the silent incoming of the detection means 20. After the prescribed time of the operation of the line opening means, the automatic dial means 13 or 14 is started.
