This keel truss is made into a state of being attached with roofing or the like, and subsequently, length of the tension member 18 is increased by the length adjusting means, thereby lowering the keel truss 6 as specified, and the tower 10 and these tension members 17 and 18 and the like are removed away. With this constitution, constructing operations of a roof is thus performable irrespective of roof underside conditions. |
