Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a device for washing liquid crystal panels capable of dealing with a recent trend toward increasingly larger sizes and smaller thicknesses of panel sizes and in addition, increasing adoption of resin film for substrate and capable of gently, rapidly and surely washing away the liquid crystal sticking at the panel at the time of liquid crystal injection without adversely affecting the panel structure. CONSTITUTION: This device has a hermetic chamber 2 with which regulation of a reduced pressure is possible, a washing tank 10 which is arranged in the hermetic chamber 2 and in which a washing liquid 11 to wash the liquid crystal panel 20 immersed therein is housed and convection generating means (a nozzle pipe 14, a circulating pump 17 and a heater 19) which cause the circulation and convection of the washing liquid 11. The hermetic chamber 2 is composed of a main hermetic chamber 2A in which the washing tank 10 is housed and an auxiliary hermetic chamber 2B which is installed in combination with this main hermetic chamber via a partition wall with a opening/closing hatch.
