HIGH-PRESSURE STERILIZING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To obtain a sterilizing effect at a low cost without deteriorating the quality of a work by hermetically dividing the inside of a high-pressure vessel to a pressurizing chamber and a treating chamber with a flexible wall body, supplying the work contg. liquid into this treating chamber and pressurizing this pressurizing chamber via this flexible wall member to an ultra-ligh pressure. CONSTITUTION: The work liquid is put into a work liquid tank 12. Hydraulically operated valves 14, 16 are opened and a pump 13 is operated to fill the flow passage from the work liquid tank 12 to the treating chamber 4 and the flow passages to the treating chamber 4 and the hydraulically operated valve 16 with the work liquid. Next, a pump 19 is operated to fill the pressurizing chamber 5 with the water of a water tank 21. A command to start the sterilization treatment is applied to a controlled means 22. This control means 22 first closes the hydraulically operated valves 14, 16 and a relieve valve 20 and operates the pressurizing pump 19. As a result, the water in the pressurizing chamber 5 is pressurized to a high pressure but this pressure applied as it is on the work liquid in the treating chamber 4 via a rubber film 3 and, therefore, the work liquid is pressurized to the high pressure as well and is sterilized.
