description PURPOSE: To shorten the display wait time that is caused by the high load and to improve the responsiveness to the display processing of the network information. CONSTITUTION: A display request of the network information is received and analyzed at a display request analysis part 104 from an application via an application interface 101. A request is given to a managed device for its necessary management information via a request transmission part 102 and a requested display command is stored in an answer wait processing table. Then the processing is returned to the application. On the other hand, the acquisition result answer received from the managed device is received at an answer analysis part 106 via an answer reception part 103. Then a display command waiting for the received result answer is taken out of the answer wait processing table and sent to a distribution switch 107. The switch 107 sends the display command to a display processing queue if a display processing part 109 is working and then sends the display command to the part 109 if it is not working. Thus the part 109 repeats the display processing to a display 110 until the display processing queue becomes empty.
