CONSTITUTION: When an operation robot 12 is connected to an automatic teller machine(ATM) 11, the ATM adaptive interface 38 of the operation robot 12 is connected to the robot adaptive interface 37 of the ATM 11 to make a communication connection, and the CPU 39 of the operation robot 12 controls the driving of a money payment/replenishment processing part 40 and a money reception/collection processing part 41 to make a communication connection. The CPU 39 of this operation robot 12 controls those money payment/replenishment processing part 40 and money reception/collection processing part 41 and current data are managed in a storage part 42. The ATM 11 and operation robot 12 are equipped with fault occurrence detection sensors S1 and S2 and if a fault occurs to the ATM 11, the operation robot 12 substitutes without closing the ATM 11.
