METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING COIN TYPE LITHIUM CELL

PURPOSE: To eliminate kink and torsion of a rod-like body so as to prevent meandering of the rod-like body in a manufacturing device of a coin type lithium cell, with which an Li metal rod-like body is cut, press-worked and arranged inside of a negative electrode sealing cover body of a cell case as a negative electrode of the Li metal, by providing a specific correction means between an Li metal rod-like body roll and a transfer means to a cutting part. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pairs of guide rollers 10A, 10B, as a correction means, are arranged along a proper transfer direction of an Li metal rod-like body (hereafter, referred to as a rod-like body). Each pair of the guide rollers 10A, 10B are arranged opposite to each other with a transfer passage inbetween and in such a manner that rotation axes thereof are parallel to each other and orthogonal to the proper transfer direction of the rod-like body 21. An interval between the guide rollers 10A, 10B of each pair is gradually changed from that larger than a width of the rod-like body 21 to that wherein they are in contact with opposite side faces of the rod-like body 21 to be rolled with transference of the rod-like body 21 from a roll R side in the transfer direction of the rod-like body 21.
