The large ball is fed from the lower site to the upper site in the first region to drop the large ball from the upper site to the lower side in the first region, and the small balls are fed from the lower site to the upper site in the second region to drop the small balls from the upper side to the lower site in the second region. Oil tubes 16, 18 are placed in the housing, oil heated by a heating means 24 is circulated, and the large ball and the waste in the first region and the small balls and the waste in the second region are heated.
