LOADER & UNLOADER EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: To improve the space efficiency in a temperature control region, and to keep the time of stay of an object in a warehouse at a constant value. CONSTITUTION: A rotary rack type automatic warehouse to be circulated at the constant pitch of time consists of a loader 1 to arrange a plurality of objects 3 together in the vertical direction and load them into a rack 6 and an unloader 2 to carry out a plurality of objects 3 together from the rack 3 and take them one by one. The objects 3 taken in from the lower side by the loader 1 are taken out from the upper side by the unloader 2 to observe the order of throw-in and taking-out. The time of stay inside is strictly specified by the synchronous control of the time interval of take-in by the loader 1 and the time interval of take-out by the unloader 2. The function to be realized by a conventional long conveyor line can be realized by an automatic warehouse and the loader and the unloader, and the space efficiency can be greatly improved.
