CONSTITUTION: The upper and lower parts of side supports 5 are rotatably journalled to the frame side 1a of a seat back frame 1 by supporting shafts 6, and the through holes of the upper supporting shafts 6 are formed into oblong holes 7 for allowing the vertical movement of the supporting shafts 6.
