On the other hand, dummies ND, PD having the shapes corresponding to the nozzle hole 6 and the porous plug hole 7 are arranged in the round holes 6, 7. The highly fire- resisive castable refractory material 10 is filled up in the round holes 6, 7 around these dummies ND, PD to form the refractory bed 8. In this way, the working time in the ladle can be shortened and the partial repair of the eroded nozzle part can be executed and production quantity of the waste refractory accompanied with the repairing can be reduced. |
