HAND WINDING DEVICE FOR STRETCHED FILM

PURPOSE: To simplify the operation of attaching and detaching stretched film by a method wherein a paper pipe holder part, a first shoulder part and a grip part are made insertable into a paper pipe, the inside diameter of a second shoulder part is made greater than that of the paper pipe, a handle part is made shorter than the paper pipe holder part and a handle is provided on the edge part in the lengthwise direction. CONSTITUTION: A paper pipe holder part 2 is located widway between a first shoulder part 3 having a backing part for the one end face of a paper pipe 7 and a second shoulder part 4 having a backing part for the other end face thereof. A grip part 5 is provided continuously from the first shoulder part 3 and a handle part 6 is provided continuously from the second shoulder part 4. The paper pipe holder part 2, the first shoulder part 3 and the grip part 5 are made insertable into the paper pipe 7, the inside diameter of the second shoulder part 4 is made greater than that of the paper pipe 7, the handle part 6 is made shorter than the paper pipe holder part 2 and a handle 10 is provided on the edge part in the lengthwise direction. In this way stretched film can be attached and detached by inserting the grip part 5 into the paper pipe 7.
