Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To carry out the simultaneous operation of steering at work time, switching of car speed stages, switching of an advance and a retreat and a work machine lever without shifting both hands to/from each other by arranging a shift up switch, a shift down switch, a hold switch or the like in a grip part of a steering monolever. CONSTITUTION: In a car speed stage switching device of a work vehicle having a speed changer to switch car speed stages to/from each other by plural solenoid valves and a work machine lever to operate a work machine, a steering monolever 10 is arranged in a position on the lateral opposite side of the work machine lever. A shift up switch 3 to shift car speed stages one stage by one stage to high speed from low speed and a shift down switch 4 to shift the car speed stages by one stage by one stage to low speed from high speed are arranged in a grip part of this steering monolever 10. Similarly, an advance- retreat switch 6 and a hold switch 5 to select whether or not a prescribed car speed stage is fixed when the advance-retreat switch 6 is switched to the prescribed car speed stage, are arranged in the grip part of the steering monolever 10.
