The method further comprises the steps of intermittently supplying a foaming agent to a thermoplastic elastomer material P to be fed to the material feed passage of an extruder 19, thus alternately supplyinf a thermoplastic elastomer material PA mixed with the agent and a thermoplastic elastomer material PB mixed with no foaming agent to the material channel 16 of a molding die 15, and sequentially extruding it via the molding passage 17 of the die 15 from an extrusion port 18, thereby alternately continuously providing the parts 9 and 8 longitudinally to provide the form 11. |
