The output terminal of the secondary side electromagnetic induction coil 30 formed by a coil conductor wound up by a specified times at the external peripheral face of the fixed core 28a is connected to the heater 15 arranged in the toilet seat 14 through a controller 17 installed in the toilet seat 14. |
