BRACING DEVICE FOR TRANSFORMER CONTENT

PURPOSE:To obtain a content bracing device of a transformer provided with no projections at the external side of its tank, wherein the content bracing device is easily positioned and enhanced in stability. CONSTITUTION:A transformer is provided, wherein a transformer content 1 is composed of a winding 3 wound on the main leg of an iron core 2 and a pair of an upper frame 4 and a lower frame 5 which apply a clamp load to the winding 3, the transformer 1 is housed in a tank, and the lower frame 5 is fastened to a lower tank 7. A bracing device 20 is interposed between the upper frame 4 and an upper tank 6 to prevent the content 1 from wobbling due to an external force and equipped with a resin case 21 fixed to the upper frame 4, a connecting arm 22 which is fixed to the side plate of the upper tank 6 and possessed of a buried piece 23 located in the resin case 21 at its tip, and a cured cast resin 24 which is cast by pouring resin into the case 21 to link the buried piece 23 to the resin case 21.
