Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-layer structural body which is light-weight and superior in rigidity and heat insulation properties within a wide temperature range, by heating a laminated body which is obtained by providing a specific semi-gelatinized foamable thermosetting resin layer between two metallic sheets. CONSTITUTION:A foamable thermosetting resin layer is provided between two metallic sheets. The resin layer consists essentially of epoxy resin, powdery thermoplastic resin which is insoluble at a room temperature and capable of performing mixing with the epoxy resin and dispersion at a temperature of 80-200 deg.C and a curing agent, plasticizer and foaming agent for the epoxy resin and contents of powdery thermoplastic resin is 20-500 pts.wt. on the basis of 100 pts.wt. epoxy resin. Furhermore, the resin layer is a semi-gelatinized sheet to be obtained by heating the foaming agent at a temperature of not exceeding the generation temperature of cracked gas. The thermosetting resin layer is foamed by heat-treating a laminated body of the three layer and adhesive surfaces of the sheets each are fused together integrally. Hereby, a rigid heat insulating structural body is obtained. |
