description | PURPOSE:To obtain apatite sheet, in which apatite adheres to fibers, and its manufacturing method by a method wherein the apatite is adhered onto the surface of pulp through crystallization at the synthesis of the apatite so as to produce apatite-fiber composite body in order to get the apatite sheet concerned by a paper-making method. CONSTITUTION:Since apatite is adhered onto fibers through crystallization during a wet synthesizing stage of the apatite, no polymer fixing agent for fixing apatite particles to fibers is necessary. Since apatite-fiber composite bodies in a reaction solution is turned into a sheet by a paper-making method, the procedures such as the filtration, cleansing, drying and pulverization of the apatite particles can remarkably be omitted. Further, by changing the synthetic density of apatite at the wet synthesizing stage, the controlling of the amount of adhesion of apatite onto the surface of fibers becomes possible. Accordingly, the apatite sheet, the loading of apatite in which is controlled arbitrarily, can be obtained. |
