Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a tape from flawing when the tape is loaded into or unloaded from a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower flanges are provided on a 1st tape drawing post 32 for guiding the tape 4 between a cassette 1 and the cylinder 6. Moreover, these flanges are formed with notches over about half their circumferences. Consequently, even when a tape traveling course is oscillated up and down at the loading or unloading time, an allowable sliding range of the tape 4 on the 1st tape drawing post 32 is widened, and the tape 4 is not caught. Then, at the time of recording and reproducing, the tape 4 is held by the 1st tape drawing post 32 and a 2nd tape drawing post 20 in their B positions, so that the traveling position is regulated in the vertical direction.
