description PURPOSE:To achieve the enhancement of treatment capacity, the contraction of treatment equipment and the reduction of equipment cost and to utilize finally obtained stable treated soil as a red landfilling material. CONSTITUTION:A solid with a particle size of 74mum or more is mainly classified and removed by primary cyclones 6,6 and muddy water mainly containing a solid with a particle size of 74mum or less after classification is stored in a conditioning tank 8. Muddy water low in concn. overflowing by secondary cyclones 12,12 is circulated to the conditioning tank 8 and the muddy water in the conditioning tank 8 is adjusted to 1.05-1.25 in specific gravity to be again circulated to a shield face. Underflow muddy water high in concn. is adjusted to 1.3-1.7 in specific gravity and a solidifying material is added to the muddy water high in concn. corresponding to the specific gravity thereof while successively changed in addition amt. so that 28-day monoaxial compression strength becomes objective strength on the basis of a 28-day monoaxial compression strength-solidifying material amt. curve and the obtained stable treated soil is successively supplied to a neighboring re-landfilling place to be utilized as a re-landfilling material.
