STAIRCASE PRESSURIZING TYPE SMOKE STOPPING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent an intrusion of smoke into a staircase room at the time of fire of a building. CONSTITUTION:Staircase room pressure air blowers 11a, 11b for feeding air and pressurizing staircase rooms of the upper layer floor and the lower layer floor of a building are connected to a control arithmetic unit 15 through inverters 12a, 12b and a D/A converter 19, respectively. Also, door opening/ closing monitor devices 14a, 14b...14g installed in fireproof doors 13a, 13b...13g of each floor are connected to the control arithmetic unit 15 by a signal line, and moreover, pressure detectors 16a, 16b and 16c provided in representative points of each staircase room are connected to the control arithmetic unit 15 through a pressure gage 17 and an A/D converter 18. Therefore, pressure in each staircase room becomes roughly equal by feed air and pressurization from both the upper layer floor and the lower layer floor, and even in the case of a drop of pressure which follows opening of the fireproof doors 13a, 13b...13g, the control arithmetic unit 15 executes quickly an instruction for compensation of pressure by each detecting means.
