Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To decrease the generation of noise in the output voltage of a power supply without delaying the response of the whole driving objective such as a liquid crystal display(LCD) and the like. CONSTITUTION:The integrated circuit is the circuit provided with a plurality of CMOS inverters 7 having the first power supply aluminum wire L1 and the second power supply aluminum wire L2 formed on a silicon wafer substrate 6 as a power source. The first power source aluminum wire L1 and the second aluminum wire L2 are wired in parallel with each other. A low pass filter is constituted by the function of the capacitor formed between both wires L1 and L2, and power supply noise can be decreased.
