A dielectric member 10 is inserted inside the through hole 2 and a first conductive terminal member 12 is inserted inside a small through hole 10c of this dielectric member 10 so that input/output capacity coupling can be formed between this first terminal member 12 and this inner conductor 6. At the same time, a second conductive terminal member 14 is connected to the inner conductors 6 of the dielectric resonantors at these input and output terminals. This second terminal member 14 can be utilized for forming inter-stage coupling.
