description PURPOSE:To enable certain alarm generation by correcting limit temperature for generating overheat alarm according to a boiling point of cooling water in the case that the overheat alarm is generated by detecting the engine cooling water raised in temperature to specified temperature or higher. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water is supplied to an engine 10 from a radiator 11 through a circulating piping 13 for heat exchange, circulated to the radiator 11, and the radiator 11 is cooled by a cooling fan 12. In such a case, a temperature detection sensor 14 is provided on a cooling water supplying side in the circulating piping 13. As a detection means for a boiling point of the cooling water, a pressure detection sensor 15 which detects the pressure of the cooling water is provided. In addition, a gravimeter 16 is provided as a component measurement means which detects a mixture ratio of coolant mixed with the cooling water. An alarm 18 is operated when an overheating condition is detected by an overheat detection circuit 17. An overheat alarm generation temperature can be corrected based on the boiling point temperature.
