CONSTITUTION:This DNA mixture is a mixture of a monomer, a dimer or a trimer of DNA expressed by a gene map of formula I and monomer, dimer or trimer of DNA expressed by a gene map of formula II and a single-stranded DNA of Mungbean Yellow Mosaic Virus(MYMV) is at least partially double- stranded in the DNAs. The DNAs are obtained by double-stranding single- stranded DNAs separated from a virus acclimatized from MYMV infected plant using an oligonucleotide, etc., as a decomposed product of calf thymus DNA due to DNase I as a primer.
